Trammell Crow Company has had a presence in Atlanta since 1972 and has earned a reputation for developing Class A properties in the market. Over the course of its history, TCC is credited with developing several marquee properties in Atlanta, including Peachtree Center, The Proscenium, and Historic Westside Village.

Our team includes experts in sourcing, underwriting, and executing development and investment opportunities throughout Atlanta and the Southeast. Having more than 80 years of combined experience, the Atlanta team has been involved in the development of nearly 10 million square feet of office, industrial, healthcare, retail, and multifamily, developed by our residential subsidiary High Street Residential, properties.

We have recently developed, or are in the process of developing, properties totaling nearly 4.1 million square feet across the metro area, including: Jefferson Mill Business Park, King Mill Distribution Park, Fairburn 85 Distribution Center, and Twelve24.
