The Atlanta office of Trammell Crow Company (TCC) announced that it has broken ground on a 614,676-square-foot building that is being developed for Home Depot in Stonecrest, Georgia. The building, located at 100 Stonecrest Industrial Way, is the first phase of construction for the Stonecrest Business Park, a multi-phase industrial development that will span 300+ acres when it is completed.
“We are pleased to have signed on Home Depot as the anchor tenant for Stonecrest Business Park, which will deliver state-of-the-art industrial and office space to the local market,” said Mark Dishaw, Managing Director of TCC’s Atlanta Business Unit. “Home Depot’s new facility is well located and close to Interstate 20, which provides a quick commute to downtown Atlanta and easy access to suburban Atlanta and the rest of the state
Once phase one is complete in April of 2021, Home Depot will utilize its building for the operations of bulk and oversized deliveries to homes and jobsites throughout suburban Atlanta.
MacGregor Associates is the architect of record for the project and Evans General Contracting is serving as the general contractor. Tony Kepano from CBRE represented Home Depot in the negotiations for the full-building deal.
