Brad Maples

As Managing Director and Business Unit Leader for TCC’s Austin office, Brad is responsible for the execution of all development and acquisition projects, the sourcing of new business pursuits, and oversees the finance and overall day-to-day operations of the office.

Maples joined TCC in 2005 as a development manager, transitioned to a Senior Associate role in 2011, was promoted to Principal in 2017 and became Managing Director and Business Unit Leader in 2020. Since 2011, Brad has been directly involved in every completed and in-process project in the Austin Business Unit, totaling 12 million square feet of developments valued at more than $5 billion. During his career, Brad has been responsible for every aspect of the development process on projects spanning multiple product types, including office, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use developments throughout Central Texas.  

Maples is a board member for The Trail Foundation and the Downtown Austin Alliance. He also serves as a member for the Real Estate Council of Austin and Urban Land Institute where he serves as a mentor to the Young Leaders Group. He earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University.
