Professional Experience
David Cisneros is a Senior Associate in the Houston office of Trammell Crow Company. He is responsible for market analysis, underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling, capital structuring, leasing, and asset dispositions. His primary focus is identifying, analyzing, and originating ground-up development and value-add investment opportunities in the industrial and healthcare sector.
David previously worked as a design team consultant and sales representative at Lutron Electronics, accumulating 4+ years of experience in commercial construction and specification creation. During his time on Lutron’s Commercial Projects Team in Los Angeles he was responsible for millions of dollars in new spec construction and design-build renovations of existing buildings. In addition to procuring new commercial business, David was involved financial modeling, energy-usage modeling, and building automation.
David holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. During his time at Rice, David served as President of the Real Estate Association and is an active member of the Real Estate Alumni network. He is actively involved in multiple office and community organizations, serving as a Young Leaders Committee Board member of ULI (Urban Land Institute), and Developing Leaders Member for NAIOP (National Association of Office and Industrial Properties).
