Experience
Dori Arbour is responsible for the daily operations of EASI’s National Tenant Inspection Program (TIP) encompassing over 140 million square feet of commercial and light industrial property throughout the United States. Additionally, Dori handles environmental due diligence and manages environmental project activities for TCC and outside capital partner clients. Dori brings over 15 years of experience as an environmental consultant, performing and managing consultant services on projects for public and private entities, including; due diligence property assessments, subsurface soil and groundwater investigations, contaminated site remediation, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance and acquisition, asbestos and lead paint surveys, and abatement oversight. Dori is part of TCC’s environmental subsidiary, Environmental Asset Services, Inc. (EASI), which is headed up by Neal Holdridge.
