Gary Mann serves as Senior Vice President for Trammell Crow Company (TCC) where his primary focus is on asset performance for the multifamily/mixed use portfolio for High Street Residential, TCC's residential subsidiary. Mr. Mann is currently responsible for operations, asset management and portfolio management. With almost 25 years of multifamily operating and development experience of approximately 30,000 units, Mr. Mann brings extensive asset management experience and in-depth knowledge of property operations. He has a proven ability to understand problems and develop solutions that will create value and take advantage of market opportunities.
