Experience


Ms. Dix manages the construction process from coordination with design professionals through project close out.   Jennifer’s experience is in designing and building a complete project from base building through tenant improvements. Jennifer effectively manages a project team for multiple projects from concept design to completion, including preparing estimates, schedules and cost controls.   She handles the development of architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical plans and specifications.  Ms. Dix develops and maintains successful customer relations at a senior level with consultants, architects, owners and clients.
