John Duddridge

Experience

John Duddridge serves as Vice President for Trammell Crow Company’s Southern California Business Unit in Newport Beach, California.  In this capacity, John is responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisitions and developments and preparing comprehensive investment summaries with asset and market level analyses for internal investment committee and institutional investment partners. He also assists with the coordination and administration of entitlements, design management, permitting, leasing, dispositions and construction process from project inception through execution. 

John has approximately seven years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and development. Prior to joining TCC, John spent more than five years as Associate Broker with CBRE’s Net Lease Property Group - Newport Beach, specializing in the sale and disposition of NNN single-tenant properties and retail shopping centers throughout the United States. While at CBRE, John participated in over $400 million in transactions across the country, sourced and closed over 45 transactions in 18 different states and ranked as one of the top 25 producing Associates in the Los Angeles/Orange County region for CBRE. During his time with CBRE, John earned his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.
