Mr. Amerson is primarily focused on underwriting and market analysis for new acquisitions, including collecting, reviewing, and verifying market information, including rental rates, vacancy rates, historic absorption rates, cap rates, current and future competition, demographic statistics and other local market data across a broad array of product types including office, industrial, medical office, and special projects.
In addition, Mr. Amerson assists with direct support on our public private partnership projects, specifically, on the Los Angeles County project team. He assists in responding to RFP’s for potential projects, inputting and updating project information in the asset management database, ELITE, and the preparation of investment committee approval packages.
