Kyle Dorand is a Vice President for Trammell Crow Company’s Southern California - Newport Beach Business Unit and is responsible for managing all phases of the industrial development process including land acquisition, government agency entitlement and permitting, engineering, architectural design and construction through disposition of the asset. Kyle has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development and construction of various product types including mixed use, retail, office, industrial and multi-family in California, Texas and Iowa.
Prior to joining TCC, Kyle served as owner and president of an independent construction and development consulting firm specializing in development, construction and tenant coordination of third-party client projects across the United States. Previously, Kyle held positions with Southern California development and construction firms including: Development Director for mixed-use developments at Oliver McMillan; Assistant Vice President at Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group West; Senior Development Manager at Opus West Corporation, and Senior Project Manager at Opus West Construction Corporation.
