Margo Sulmont

Experience

Margo Sulmont serves as a Senior Associate for Trammell Crow Company’s Northern California Business Unit. In this role, Margo is responsible for all aspects of the development process, including site planning, market and feasibility analysis, financial modeling and underwriting, due diligence, design and value engineering, and leasing and disposition.

Prior to joining TCC, Margo co-founded an advisory firm specializing in land use economics and planning. There she helped clients maximize the quality and value of their land assets and navigate the complexities of the development process. Margo started her career as an urban planner at Sasaki Associates, working on master plans for public and private sector clients across the country.
