Mike Hodges is Vice President at Trammell Crow Company’s Southern California – Newport Beach business unit where he is responsible for managing the development of projects from concept to completion. His current responsibilities include providing comprehensive project and construction management of all tenant improvements and special projects for the company’s office and medical office developments.
Mike is a seasoned commercial real estate veteran with 30 years of extensive design, development, and construction management experience. Prior to joining TCC, Mike was Vice President of Development & Construction for Bixby Land Company where he redeveloped over 2.5 million square feet of office with a total investment in excess of $1 billion. Prior to Bixby, Mike held various development & construction positions including: Director of Field Services for Newport Real Estate Services, Project Manager for LA Fitness Real Estate, and Project Manager for MBK/Birtcher Real Estate.
Mike is a pioneer in bringing amenitized indoor/outdoor workspace to the speculative office market and was recognized for his efforts by the Silicon Valley Business Journal for Best Reuse Project of the year in 2012. Mike has experience in all asset classes with a concentration in office, industrial, and experiential retail environments.
