Nick Moffa is a Senior Vice President within Trammell Crow Company’s (TCC) Southern California – Newport Beach Business Unit and High Street Residential (HSR), TCC’s wholly-owned subsidiary specializing in the development of multifamily housing. His responsibilities include land acquisition and comprehensive management of multifamily developments from conception to completion. Nick has 16 years of experience in underwriting, land acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, lease-up and operation of multi-family projects within California, participating in the development of over 5,000 units.

Prior to joining TCC and HSR, Nick was Vice President of Development at AMLI Residential, where he oversaw or participated in multifamily development projects totaling approximately 2,000 units, 40,000 square feet sf retail, 120,000 square feet office, 241 boat slips and over $1.3B in total investment. While at AMLI, Nick won awards for leadership in sustainability and in development. Prior to AMLI, Nick served as Development Associate in the Multifamily Development and Acquisitions group at Shea Properties, where he held development management positions and was responsible for underwriting all aspects of potential acquisition opportunities of 150+ units. Prior to Shea, Nick spent several years with AvalonBay Communities in both development and operational capacities, including underwriting all prospective Southern California acquisitions, supporting all phases of development and managing communities in active lease-up.
