Established in 2021, TCC’s France team, which has more than 30 years of industry experience, is focused on the company’s industrial logistics development and investment initiatives throughout France and Benelux.

Based in Paris, our local experts combined with on-the-ground teams across Europe, provide extensive in-country knowledge of logistics, warehouse, fulfillment and e-commerce facilities, enabling the company to design and construct innovative and sustainable real-estate solutions to meet the expanding needs of occupiers, capital partners and local communities.
