Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in Prague serves as the headquarters for the firm’s European logistics development team. Established in 2021, the team, led by the industry veteran Ian Worboys, is focused on expanding TCC’s industrial and logistics capacities across Europe.

Our European team with more than 40 years of industry experience provides extensive in-country knowledge of logistics, warehouse, fulfilment and e-commerce facilities, enabling the company to design and construct innovative and sustainable real-estate solutions to meet the expanding needs of occupiers, capital partners and local communities.

For investor clients, the company specializes in joint venture speculative development, acquisition/re-development ventures, build-to-suit development and providing incentive-based fee development services.
