Experience
Taylor Nelson serves as Senior Development Manager in the Denver office of Trammell Crow Company (TCC). Taylor joined TCC in September 2016 to manage the development of the 2.4M-square-foot Sorting Facility at Thornton Crossing. Taylor is now managing a new Amazon Sort Facility in Colorado Springs, as well as overseeing and collaborating with other TCC e-commerce distribution centers across other U.S. locations, and pursuing additional industrial and distribution opportunities in the Denver market. Prior to TCC, Taylor worked closely with the TCC staff in the recent past as part of the Kiewit Construction team on the Denver Union Station Project and the Arvada Transit Hub Project.
During his 12-year career, Taylor worked on a variety of projects including educational, civic, transportation, industrial, and office facilities. This experience on over $600M in substantial Denver-area projects has made him successful at leading and managing all aspects of a development including project entitlements, compliance, contract negotiation, quality oversight, budgeting, coordinating, bidding, permitting and construction.
