Taylor Nelson serves as Development Manager in the Denver office of Trammell Crow Company (TCC). Taylor joined TCC in September 2016 to manage the development of the +2M-square-foot Sorting Facility at Thornton Crossing. Prior to TCC, Taylor worked closely with the TCC staff in the recent past as part of the Kiewit Construction team on the Denver Union Station Project and the Arvada Transit Hub Project.
During his 10-year career, Taylor worked on a variety of projects including educational, civic, transportation, industrial, and office facilities. This experience on over $600M in substantial Denver-area projects has made him successful at leading and managing all aspects of a development including project entitlements, compliance, contract negotiation, quality oversight, budgeting, coordinating, bidding, permitting and construction.
