Teresa Catlett serves as Senior Administrative Assistant for Trammell Crow Company’s Northern California Business Unit. Based in San Francisco, Teresa provides business operations administrative support to Project and Management teams and provides oversight on complex project documentation and preparation. In addition, Teresa handles the Business Unit’s invoice & pay application processing, financial reconciliations, project reporting, and acts as the administrator for project technology tools.
Before joining Trammell Crow Company in 2021, Teresa worked as a Construction and Design Coordinator for SteelWave Inc., where she executed various administrative duties for construction projects, including maintaining budgets, preparing construction contracts, partnering with construction managers on buyouts, cost summaries and architectural plans, and distributing work orders and schedules to subcontractors
