Tom Woodworth serves as Principal and head of Trammell Crow Company’s Seattle Business Unit. In this role, Woodworth oversees all development and acquisition projects, new business pursuits, finance, and office operations throughout the Puget Sound region. His areas of expertise include market analysis, branding and marketing, debt and equity placement, lease negotiation, design team oversight and investment underwriting.
Prior to rejoining Trammell Crow Company, Woodworth served as a private investor, having retired from Schnitzer West in 2012 as a Senior Investment Director and Partner. During his 10-year tenure with Schnitzer, Woodworth oversaw the firm’s Bellevue CBD office, retail and industrial strategic business units, which developed more than 750,000 square feet of Class A office space, 300,000 square feet of luxury retail and 440,000 square feet of industrial space, collectively valued at over $530 million.
Woodworth held increasing roles of responsibility with Trammell Crow Company for 13 years, where as City Leader, he ran a profitable business unit and oversaw the completion of One Convention place and Kirkland 405 office building developments. He also participated in the development of several industrial projects during his time with TCC.
Throughout his 28-year career, he has negotiated over 2 million square feet of commercial leases in the Pacific Northwest and led the disposition of over $1.5 billion of commercial asset sales.
