Overview
After the arduous process of winning a government procurement, a joint venture of Trammell Crow Company and USAA Real Estate Company, delivered a 20-year build-to-suit lease with the General Services Administration (GSA) for the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Southwest Region Headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas’ Alliance Park.
The award winning 6-story building, designed by Gensler, features 357,214 square feet of Class A office and consolidates 1,600 FAA employees from around the Fort Worth area. The building is a highly secure (ISC Level III) and environmentally sensitive (LEED® NC Silver & ENERGY STAR) facility that includes a conference center, health club, credit union, cafeteria and warehouse.
Opportunity, Solutions & Outcomes
Trammell Crow Company and USAA Real Estate Company collaborated with GSA, FAA, and the City of Fort Worth to give rise to a vibrant office environment that celebrates the long and compelling history of the FAA, energizes this section of the City of Fort Worth and the I-35W corridor.
