Overview
The Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth Business Units of TCC, through its subsidiary High Street Residential (“HSR”), is developing a 43-story, 309-unit Class AA multifamily high-rise (the “Project”) in Downtown Houston, TX at 808 Crawford Street.
The property will offer a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes, including 16 two-story townhome-style units on the 15th through 34th floors and four two-story penthouses on the 41st floor with breathtaking views.
