Noble Energy Center Two

Overview

Included with Trammell Crow Company’s acquisition of Noble Energy Center One in May 2011, was an adjacent 4.74-acre parcel of vacant land. Noble retained an exclusive expansion right. In August 2012, seven months after Noble Energy signed a lease for Noble Energy Center One, TCC and Noble entered into negations to lease an office building to be called Noble Energy Center Two. The lease for Noble Energy Center Two was signed in December 2012.

Noble Energy Center Two is a 20 level, 466,000 RSF, Class A Office Building with an integrated eight story parking garage located at the entrance to a premier office park in northwest Houston. The exterior skin is a mix of high performance glass curtainwall and framework of architectural metal panels and strip windows. Noble Energy Center Two also features a Townhall to accommodate company-wide conferences and meetings as well as an air-conditioned skybridge to Noble Energy Center One.
