Overview


Seton Lake Logistics Center includes one (1) high-quality, concrete, tilt-wall office/warehouse building totaling 255,704 NRSF situated on 16.8 acres of land. Designed by Powers Brown Architecture, the industrial building will incorporate best-in-class design featuring a 32’ clear height, 420’ building depth, 52’ wide column spacing, trailer parks and an ESFR sprinkler system. Aesthetically, Seton Lake Logistics Center will have a similar look and feel as HOU’s often complimented Fallbrook Pines Business park.

Located on Hwy. 249 less than 1 mile from where it intersects Beltway 8, the Project is strategically positioned in the heart of Houston’s Northwest Industrial Submarket. The Northwest Submarket is the largest and most diverse industrial submarket in the region. Groundbreaking is anticipated for Q2 2022.
