TechnipFMC Campus at Generation Park

Overview

Trammell Crow Company was selected by FMC Technologies to manage the development of its 173 acre campus. The first phase of the project broke ground in early 2014 at Generation Park, located on the northeast corner of the Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8) in Houston, Texas. Phase I consists of six primary buildings situated on 71 acres, comprising of more than 1 million square feet of office, workshop and warehouse space. Each of the buildings will be connected with covered and landscaped pedestrian walkways, and LEED certification is planned for the office buildings. The project also includes a large parking structure, service yard areas, and extensive public and private infrastructure work.
