High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of TCC, in partnership with Principal Real Estate Investors and Wells Fargo has commenced construction on the 377,000 SF ‘Llewellyn’ project in a burgeoning submarket of Chinatown in downtown Los Angeles. The TOD project features 318-for-rent multifamily units, including 15 ground-floor Type 1 units.  The project features a double-height fitness center, a double-height 1,700 SF ‘Colab’ working space, a sound proof recording studio, 2 roof-decks, 3 outdoor TV/Movie areas, a dog spa, bike repair room, 526 parking stalls and 3 exterior courtyards.  The design includes studio, one, and two bedroom layouts. The project is directly adjacent to the recently opened 32-acre Los Angeles State Historic Park as well as the Chinatown Metro Gold Line Station.
