The Boardwalk

Overview

The Boardwalk project is a LEED Gold pre-certified, speculative Class-A office development and is comprised of two nine-story towers totaling approximately 550,000 SF, including two acres of outdoor space and a fully comprehensive on-site amenity package. The two main buildings are connected with interior bridges and outdoor terraces. Carefully chosen amenities contribute to the feeling of working in an environment heavily influenced by our coastal culture.
