Trammell Crow Company and Clarion Partners recently completed construction at Knox Logistics Center II, which is a 753,230-square-foot speculative logistics building in Riverside County, California. Knox Logistics Center II is the second phase of Trammell Crow Company and Clarion Partners’ Knox Logistics Center, which is a 152-acre, master-planned e-commerce park located directly off Interstate 215 via Harley Knox Boulevard. Knox Logistics Center II was completed in first quarter 2018 and is available for immediate occupancy.
