Knox Logistics Center II is the second phase of Trammell Crow Company and Clarion Partners’ Knox Logistics Center, which is a 152-acre, master-planned e-commerce park located directly off Interstate 215 via Harley Knox Boulevard. Knox Logistics Center II was completed in first quarter 2018 and is available for immediate occupancy.
Knox Logistics Center II was specifically designed for e-commerce users, and the building includes 14,180 square feet of entitled mezzanine office, approximately 2,400 square feet of finished office space, 36-foot clear height, cross dock loading, 185-foot secured concrete truck courts, 130 trailer storage spaces, auto parking for 425 vehicles, 4,000-amp, 3-phase electrical service capacity, and ESFR fire protection.
