Overview
Trammell Crow Company and joint venture partner MetLife developed an Amazon Build-to-Suit office project comprised of two 15-story office towers in downtown Bellevue, WA. These Class A towers feature an efficient design that provides core-free planning areas with vision glass that spans from 1’-0” to 12’-0” above finish floor, with operable windows on ten-foot centers.
1001 Office Towers modern amenities include ground floor retail, a significant outdoor public plaza, a fourth-floor private tenant terrace and multiple tenant balconies with Nana-Wall operable glazing providing unique indoor/outdoor spaces for the tenant’s use. Extensive bicycle storage and shower/locker rooms complete the abundant amenity package at the project.
The site is just three blocks from Interstate 405, providing access North and South of Bellevue. Interstate 90 is accessible from both southbound surface streets and southbound I-405 provides commuters access to communities East and West of the downtown core.
The project was 100% pre-leased prior to construction. The building was delivered to USGBC Silver Shell & Core standards.
