Trammell Crow Company and Washington Capital Management are working together again to bring planned project consists of a single Class A life science building comprised of 282,716 RSF in 11 stories together with a 4 level subterranean parking structure. The project sits at the corner of Stewart Street and Boren Avenue, a prominent intersection in the South Lake Union/Denny Triangle submarket with excellent access to Interstate 5, the retail core and the city’s densest multifamily neighborhoods.
