Trammell Crow Company and joint venture partner MetLife are developing an Amazon Build-to-Suit ofﬁce project comprised of two 15-story ofﬁce towers in downtown Bellevue, WA. These Class A towers feature an efﬁcient design that provides core-free planning areas with vision glass that spans from 1’-0” to 12’-0” above ﬁnish ﬂoor, with operable windows on ten-foot centers.
Binary Towers modern amenities include ground ﬂoor retail, a signiﬁcant outdoor public plaza, a fourth-ﬂoor private tenant terrace and multiple tenant balconies with Nana-Wall operable glazing providing unique indoor/outdoor spaces for the tenant’s use. Extensive bicycle storage and shower/locker rooms complete the abundant amenity package at the Binary Towers.
The Binary Towers are located in the core of the Bellevue CBD submarket across Lake Washington from Seattle. The project is immediately adjacent to the densest shopping, dining, entertainment hospitality and residential mixed-use projects in the region. The site is just three blocks from Interstate 405, providing access North and South of Bellevue. Interstate 90 is accessible from both southbound surface streets and southbound I-405 provides commuters access to communities East and West of the downtown core.
The project was 100% pre-leased prior to construction.
