Driving Change Across Our Platform
TCC established our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiative in 2011. Today, a DEI Steering Committee, including members of the TCC Executive Committee, leads the initiative. Our corporate-wide commitment is formalized through three pillars: Company, Community, and Industry. This helps to ensure DEI is fully integrated into our goals, policies and the communities where we live and work and is crucial to driving change across our platform and creating a more diverse industry. We are working to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace that upholds our Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence (RISE) values and encourages our teams to demonstrate leadership in activities that promote our commitment to DEI principles within our industry and the communities where we live and work.We’re eager to lead this next era of DEI, where we aim to foster fundamental alignment between our committee’s objectives and TCC’s mission to create the buildings of tomorrow so that our clients, partners, and communities thrive.
