Moving the Industry Forward

The commercial real estate (CRE) industry faces significant challenges around the issue of diversity, in part because legacy talent pipelines and vendor networks have favored the standard quo. TCC is leading the charge to evolve the industry. We are improving supplier diversity, and support organizations that serve as pipelines for diverse talent, such as Project Destined and Forte Foundation. Through the TCC Impact Project, 100% of our local offices make annual commitments to their local markets, including philanthropy, workforce development, and educational and training resources.
