High Street Residential Hires Carolyn Hewitt to Lead Multifamily Development in Boston

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company (TCC), announced that Carolyn Hewitt has joined the firm to lead multifamily development in Boston. In her role as Senior Vice President, Carolyn will be responsible for sourcing, shaping and executing multifamily developments throughout the Boston region.

Carolyn joins HSR from The NRP Group, where she spent five years as Vice President of Development. In her role with NRP, she opened, managed, and grew the firm’s Boston office. During her tenure, she developed more than 800 multifamily units valued at over $250 million. Prior to NRP, Carolyn held various management positions with Mill Creek Residential and Simpson Housing.

Carolyn earned her B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University and has completed real estate coursework at higher education institutions including Boston University and Boston Architectural College. She is a member of CREW, NAIOP and ULI, and is certified as a LEED Green Associate.
