SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Trammell Crow Company (TCC), one of the nation’s leading developers and investors in commercial real estate, announces that Peter Brandon has rejoined the Company’s Northern California Business Unit in San Francisco as Senior Vice President.

Peter brings more than 30 years of industry experience to TCC and was previously with the firm from 2007-to-2009 in the Bay Area. Former roles outside of TCC include responsibility for all entitlement and planning related activities for the Pacific Shores Center project in Redwood City, CA, where he represented three different ownership groups from 1994-to-2001. Peter has also served as Principal of Development Advisory Services, Inc. and roles with Bank of America and Lincoln Property Company.
TCC’s Northern California office currently has nine buildings in process totaling more than 3 million square feet of development activity. These projects include Diridon Station and MidPoint@237, both located in San Jose, CA and Oaks Logistics Center in Livermore, CA. Local product specialties include Class A office, medical office, mixed-use, multifamily, advanced manufacturing, and state-of-the-art logistics/fulfillment centers.
