Jim Andersen Re-Joins Trammell Crow Company as Senior Vice President In Los Angeles

Industry Veteran to Focus on Multifamily Investment and Development Opportunities Throughout the Greater Los Angeles Region

LOS ANGELES, CA – Trammell Crow Company, one of the nation’s leading developers and investors in commercial real estate, announces that Jim Andersen has re-joined the Company’s Los Angeles Business Unit as Senior Vice President. In his new role, he will be responsible for sourcing and overseeing new multifamily development and investment opportunities throughout the Los Angeles market.

Jim previously served as President at NMS Properties, Inc. in Santa Monica, California, where he was responsible for the acquisition, development, financing, deal structuring, management and operations, and established himself as one of the leading multifamily developers in Greater Los Angeles. Prior to joining NMS Properties, Inc., Jim served as Chief Operating Officer for Del Mar Development in Los Cabos, Mexico, where his responsibilities included oversight of accounting, systems, property management, construction and financing of a five-star destination resort.

During his seven-year tenure with Trammell Crow Company, he held a variety of roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Area Controller.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. Jim is also a member of ULI.
