Industry Veteran to Focus on Industrial Opportunities Throughout Atlanta
ATLANTA, GA – Trammell Crow Company, one of the nation’s leading developers and investors in commercial real estate, has appointed Mark Dishaw as Senior Vice President with the Company’s Atlanta office. He will be responsible for sourcing and overseeing new industrial development and investment opportunities throughout the Atlanta market. Dishaw will report to Adam Saphier, President-Central Operations.

Dishaw previously served as Director, Industrial Development at MeadWestvaco (NYSE:MWV), in Summerville, SC, where he was responsible for managing the Company’s industrial real estate efforts, including the marketing of MWV’s 10 commerce parks throughout South Carolina. Prior to MWV, he was the Senior Regional Director for First Industrial Realty Trust in Atlanta, GA, responsible for all development and day to day activities in the Southeast region. Under Mark’s leadership, that operation developed 6.3 million square feet of industrial product, acquired 13 million square feet and executed 20 million square feet of leases.
Throughout his 30-year career, Dishaw has held other industrial development positions, including Partner at Rouse & Associates (now Liberty Property Trust) in Columbia, MD. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Finance from the University of Connecticut.
