Trammell Crow Company Announces New Vice President for Newport Beach Business Unit

The Southern California – Newport Beach Business Unit of Trammell Crow Company (TCC) is pleased to announce that Kyle Dorand has joined the firm as a Vice President. Mr. Dorand will be responsible for managing all phases of the industrial development process throughout the Inland Empire, Orange County, San Diego and Las Vegas market areas.

His experience in commercial real estate development and construction will be a tremendous asset to our team as we prepare to launch several million square feet of industrial product,” said Tom Bak, Senior Managing Director for TCC’s SoCal – Newport Beach office. “Additionally, Kyle’s expertise as an independent consultant for a variety of third-party clients makes him a great fit for our investors, clients, and tenants.”

Prior to joining TCC, Mr. Dorand served as owner and president of an independent construction and development consulting firm. Before establishing his own company, Mr. Dorand held positions with Southern California development and construction firms including Oliver McMillan, Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group West, Opus West Corporation, and Opus West Construction.

Mr. Dorand holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
