TCC Announces Two Senior Leadership Changes

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer, today announced that Adam Nims has been promoted to Chief Investment Officer, and Billy Hart has been named Chief Strategy and Underwriting Officer.

As Chief Investment Officer, Nims will lead the firm’s investment strategy and oversee TCC’s capital markets and strategic development solutions initiatives. Since joining TCC in 2006, he has served in various leadership positions, most recently as President, Eastern U.S. and before that as TCC’s President, Western U.S. He will report to Danny Queenan, TCC’s Chief Executive Officer.

Hart will join TCC from CBRE as the Chief Strategy and Underwriting Officer, overseeing strategic planning and growth initiatives, underwriting and risk management. He will report to Adam Nims.

Hart previously served as CBRE’s Group President, Corporate Development, where he identified global M&A investment opportunities and executed CBRE’s corporate M&A strategy. Before that, he served as Group President, Advisory Services and Chief Operating Officer, Americas Advisory for CBRE. Prior to joining CBRE in 2021, he was a Partner in Boston Consulting Group (BCG)’s Los Angeles office.
