Trammell Crow Company Appoints Robert Dischereit as Director of Construction and Project Management in Germany and Austria

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a global commercial real estate developer and investor, has appointed Robert Dischereit as Director of Construction and Project Management in Germany and Austria. Robert will be responsible for new developments in Germany and Austria, supervising and coordinating projects from the planning phase to handing over to occupiers.

Robert joins Trammell Crow Company with over 13 years of experience in project planning and coordination. He spent nearly ten years at GP Papenburg Hochbau GmbH, a general contractor in Germany, where he focused on project budgeting, coordination of external service providers and partners, contract preparation and negotiation with developers and subcontractors. Prior to this, Robert was a planner at D & P Planungsgesellschaft mbH in Leipzig, Germany. He has a master’s degree in science, structural engineering and building preservation and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from HTWK Leipzig.

Robert’s experience and in-depth knowledge of construction projects will be key in building Trammell Crow’s project management and construction team in Germany and Austria.
