Trammell Crow Company Closes on Land for 200,000-SF Class A Life Science Development in Bay Area

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate developers and investors, closed on a 4.7-acre site in Redwood City, Calif. that will be home to a Class A life science development. The future development was approved by the city in March 2021 and plans call for a five-story 202,010-square-foot life science and office building, along with a parking garage.

Located at 200-240 Twin Dolphin Drive, the site is centered in the Redwood Shores submarket, situated between San Francisco and San Jose. The existing single-story properties on the site will be removed, as per the approved development plans. The new development will be close to the Oracle and Electronic Arts headquarters and will offer easy access to the Bay Trail and other outdoor activities.
