Trammell Crow Company Hires Senior Vice President in the Midwest

The Midwest office of Trammell Crow Company (TCC), one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate developers, announces that Josh Udelhofen has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President. In this role, Josh is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and field execution activities in the St. Louis and Kansas City markets, as well as select markets in Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan. Josh will be based in St. Louis.

His experience will also help us source future projects in Kansas City and St. Louis, as well as other strong markets in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio.”
Josh previously led the development platform at Altus Properties and was responsible for delivery of over $125 million of mixed-use multifamily development. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Investment Officer of Koman Group, overseeing all development related activities and was directly involved in many of St. Louis' most notable projects with a total value in excess of a $500 million.
Josh earned his BS in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Missouri. He served as a board member for the St. Louis Habitat for Humanity for three years and is additionally a member of ULI.
