Trammell Crow Company Promotes Brandon Houston to Lead Atlanta Operations

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate developers, has promoted Brandon Houston to Business Unit (BU) Leader for TCC Atlanta. In this role, Brandon will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and the strategic oversight of all new development and investment activity in the region. He assumes the BU Leader responsibilities from Mark Dishaw, who has led the office since 2013 and will continue to serve as Managing Director, working under Brandon’s leadership, focusing on sourcing, shaping, and executing industrial developments.

“Over the past two years, Brandon and I have been working together specifically in preparation for him to take over as the BU Leader. He is already running point on all BU operations and staffing duties, driving team meetings and has led the development of our 2022 Atlanta business plan by defining key strategies and incorporating team input,” said Mark. “Brandon has proven himself an excellent leader, both locally and nationally, for TCC. Under his leadership, the future of the Atlanta BU is bright.”

Brandon joined TCC in 2012 in the firm’s Houston office. He was promoted to Principal in 2015 and relocated to Atlanta in 2017 to help lead the BU’s efforts in re-establishing its presence as a top-tier office developer throughout the region.

During his tenue with TCC, Brandon has helped generate more than 2.2 million square feet of office development. In the four years since joining TCC Atlanta, he led the sourcing, shaping and execution of Twelve24, a 350,000-square-foot project that redefined Atlanta’s Dunwoody area. Additionally, Brandon led the sourcing efforts of the team’s future 10th & Crescent project, a 480,000-square-foot office development in Midtown Atlanta, as well as the sourcing of our 16-acre life science and multifamily mixed-use development project at Technology Enterprise Park in West Midtown.
