TCC Promotes Will Parker to Principal in Northern California

DALLAS, TXTrammell Crow Company announces that Will Parker has been promoted to Principal with the firm’s Northern California Business Unit. In this role, he will continue to be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and management of new developments and acquisitions through all phases of the development process, with a focus on healthcare, industrial, and office projects. 

“Will’s experience is broad and includes a proven ability to source, shape, and execute real estate deals as well as attract capital to them,” said John Greer, Principal with Trammell Crow Company’s Northern California Business Unit. “He has demonstrated the qualities necessary of this recognition with a talent for creating value and a demonstrated disciplined approach to real estate investments. He is a key part of TCC’s growth plans throughout Northern California.” 

Will has helped secure leases, structure capital and manage projects totaling more than 3 million square feet of space, including Foster City Medical Pavilion on the San Francisco Peninsula, Oaks Logistics Center in Livermore, and MidPoint@237 in San Jose. 

Since joining TCC in 2006, he has worked across geographies including Dallas, Denver, Reno, San Francisco, and Seattle.  Prior to this, Parker worked for TCC’s Acquisitions team with responsibility for Western US transactions and as a member of TCC’s Private Equity Funds in Dallas, TX.

Will is a strong mentor and is actively involved in the community, regularly volunteering and fundraising in support of at-risk youth and a local hospital. Will holds an MBA from Dartmouth College, was awarded the CFA designation in 2004, and received his undergraduate degree from Middlebury College.
