A forthcoming Phase 4 will deliver another 300,000 square feet in the near future. Once complete, Park 183 will comprise more than 950,000 square feet of state-of-the-art Class A industrial space.
“Park 183 continues to meet the increasing demand for Class A industrial space in Austin’s popular Southeast submarket,” said Brian Brooke, Vice President with TCC’s Austin Business Unit. “The team is incredibly pleased with how development at the Park has progressed and we’re excited to welcome another high-quality tenant in Move Solutions. We’ve enjoyed working with Move Solutions on this lease and look forward to watching their business grow.”
“Park 183 is a fantastic fit for our operational and distance footprint needs. We couldn’t be more excited to continue to work with major providers like CBRE, Transwestern and Trammell Crow Company as we inch towards our beautiful new home in the midst of the beautiful Park 183 development,” said Linda J. Monette, Principal, Move Solutions, Ltd. “Our business is rooted in 25 years of growing Austin success. Our two daughters, Amy, GM, Megan, Sr. Account Manager, and our outstanding Austin team of Brad, Doug, Charlee, Jimmy, Shae, Bill, Jessie and so many others work hard to be the ‘people to beat’ in Austin when it comes to service, service, service. We are blessed to work with those same CBRE, Transwestern and TCC teams as we go to market to serve their tenants. This long-term lease of this beautiful building is a testimony to our success working with and for Austin’s corporate community and to our commitment to be here for a very long time to come.”
John Barksdale, Darryl Dadon and Joe Novek of CBRE Austin represented the owners in the transaction, while Robert Deptula and Stayton Wright of Transwestern represented Move Solutions.
