Trammell Crow Company Announces Partnership with Project Destined

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate developers and investors, is pleased to announce its national partnership with Project Destined, a social impact platform created to provide underserved, diverse students with apprentice-style training in the real estate industry.

Together with CBRE Investment Management, TCC has committed to sponsor two teams of students, beginning Spring 2022 in the Boston market. The TCC and CBRE Investment Management team includes 30 mentors from the business that volunteered to support the initiative. Students partner with corporate mentors in evaluating live, local real estate transactions over an intensive 10-week program that culminates in a pitch competition to a panel of senior industry executives.

Project Destined, founded by a former Carlyle executive Cedric Bobo, has partnered with 100+ real estate firms and 70+ universities in its mission to provide diverse students with hands-on experience working in the commercial real estate industry.
