TCC Continues to Grow Czech Operations With a New Hire

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading global developer and investor in commercial real estate, has appointed Miloslava Baxová as planning and permit manager for the Czech Republic. Miloslava will be based in Prague and report to Petr Kovařík, Head of the Czech Republic and Slovakia Logistics at TCC.

Miloslava joins TCC from the development firm CTP, where she had worked as a permitting specialist for the past five years. Focusing on projects in the Czech Republic, Miloslava liaised with all stakeholders involved, including local authorities and owners of neighbouring properties, as well as municipal councilors. Prior to this, Miloslava worked as an investment specialist for Pilsen City Council and was core to the city’s management of investment in roads, bridges, and infrastructure.

In her new role at TCC, Miloslava will be responsible for permitting processes, assessing master plans for TCC’s upcoming projects, and leading communications with local authorities.

TCC now has three sites in the UK, two in Germany, four in Spain, one in the Czech Republic, and one in France. Its teams operate out of offices in Paris, Prague, London, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Vienna, Barcelona, and Madrid.
