Trammell Crow Company Promotes Cathy Thuringer to Senior Managing Director

Thuringer Will Join TCC Executive Committee and Continue to Lead Phoenix Operations

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate developers, has promoted Cathy Thuringer to Senior Managing Director, effective January 1, 2022. With this promotion, Cathy will join the firm’s Executive Committee and will retain her duties as Managing Director of TCC’s Phoenix office.

As a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Cathy will advise on the overall company strategy and operations. She will continue as a member of TCC’s Leadership Council, where she has already been helping to advise TCC on the strategic direction and growth of the business for a number of years.

Cathy joined the Trammell Crow Company in 1988 and has served as Phoenix BU Leader since 2019. During her career with TCC, Cathy has delivered more than 6 million square feet of office, industrial, multifamily and mixed-use product across Arizona.
