Bruce Burton is a Senior Associate in TCC’s Los Angeles office. In this role, Bruce supports the leadership team in the analysis and execution of development and investment opportunities in Los Angeles, including underwriting, financing, leasing, and disposition.
Prior to joining TCC, Bruce held various roles at JLL, EQT Group, and J.P. Morgan, where he was responsible for the sourcing, structuring, and management of new equity and debt transitions through all phases of the transaction process including feasibility, concept planning, entitlement, design, financing, construction, leasing, and monetization.
Bruce has developed and acquired more than two million square feet of multifamily and grocery-anchored shopping real estate throughout the United States, representing more than $800 million in combined value. Bruce has expertise in the financial engineering, capital structuring and feasibility analysis sides of complex transactions.
