Carolyn Hewitt serves as Senior Vice President of High Street Residential’s Boston office. High Street Residential is the residential subsidiary of TCC. In her role, Carolyn is responsible for sourcing, shaping and executing multifamily developments throughout the Boston region.
Prior to joining HSR in November 2022, Carolyn served as Vice President of Development for The NRP Group. In her role with NRP, she opened, managed, and grew the firm’s Boston office, developing more than 800 multifamily units valued at over $250 million. Prior to NRP, Carolyn held various management positions with Mill Creek Residential and Simpson Housing.
