Christian Tretiak serves as Business Development Director for TCC. Based in Frankfurt, Christian is responsible for the sourcing and acquisition of projects and the development of large-scale logistic buildings, mainly in the South of Germany. He is responsible for building a strong network and a sustainable pipeline, for looking for new business opportunities, such as Data Center developments, for mid and small sized logistics and business parks.
In parallel to his corporate work, Christian is a lecturer at the European Business School and the Steinbeis University. Before joining TCC, Christian was the Head of Development and Leasing Germany in P3 Logistic Parks, part of GIC, where he built up the development business in Germany between 2016 and 2022 with more than 750K sqm new built GLA. Prior to P3, he held various roles across the spectrum of brokerage, asset management, work out management and technical project management with companies such as BNP Paribas Real Estate, Pamera (which is now part of Barings), Silverton Advisory and Schneider &Schumacher.
