As Global Head of Marketing for Trammell Crow Company, DJ Sandler leads TCC’s corporate brand and business development marketing teams. Collectively, TCC’s global marketing platform drives targeted marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening TCC’s leadership position in key markets, driving growth and supporting revenue generation.
Prior to joining TCC, he co-led the CBRE Americas Advisory marketing organization encompassing more than 300 employees in seven divisions. His team supported producers across Capital Markets, Advisory and Transaction Services, Advisory Project Management, Property Management and Valuations business lines in the United States, Canada and Latin America.
As a core member of the CBRE marketing executive team, DJ specializes in the strategic development of local market value propositions aimed at Growth Marketing and maximizing opportunities and outcomes for TCC’s clients. Throughout his 20 years of experience leading marketing and sales enablement teams, DJ has developed an in-depth understanding of the commercial real estate business and a keen ability to think strategically about marketplace positioning and market share.
Before joining CBRE, DJ was vice president of marketing at JLL, where he led the firm’s 20 plus West Coast markets. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, DJ held leadership roles at Raytheon Co. as well as at technology, construction and consumer goods companies. He was the founder and principal of King Max Creative based out of Seattle, which supported several Fortune 500 clients.
